Follow your Comfy Nights order securely, from our hands to your doorstep.

View your order securely

Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and tap View your order. This takes you to your private order status page, where you can check your order and follow the tracking link once your parcel has shipped.

You can also sign in to your customer account to find your order.

Have your order number ready

Your order number is in your confirmation email. If Shopify asks you to verify your order, enter the order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout on the secure order status screen. An order number alone does not give access to private order details.

Track your parcel

Once tracking has been added to your shipment, use the carrier link on your order status page or in your shipping confirmation email. For Blue Dart and other carriers, use the shipment tracking or waybill number supplied in your shipping email, not your store order number.

Can't find an update?

If your order has not shipped yet, a tracking link may not be available. If you cannot find your confirmation email, check your spam folder or reply to an earlier Comfy Nights order email for help. Include your order number, but never send passwords, one-time verification codes or payment card details.

Your privacy matters. This page does not display customer details or look up orders publicly. Keep your private order status link and verification codes to yourself.
