FAQs
How do I select my size?

A size chart is given under each product along with the product description. We'd request you to read it thoroughly before ordering.

 

I just placed my order. When will I receive it?

We are taking 5-7 Business days to deliver the product. As they say, good things take time! We ARE trying our best to bring this timeline down to 4-5 working days and we shall update as soon as it is. You can also refer to our shipping policies.

 

How can I track my order?

You can track order on Ordered Page & on Whatsapp for seamless deliveries. If your enquiry is urgent, easiest way to reach us is through phone, +91 7046950246 from MON-SAT 11AM - 7 PM only. You can also drop an email on help@comfynights.in | Due to limited staff, response might be slower than usual so we'd suggest you to wait until 2-3 days approx for your parcel and the same will be delivered in the given timeline as responding to easy queries might make us miss out on the urgent ones. We hope you understand! 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship WORLDWIDE. Currently our website only has the provision for order placement for India. We take orders manually for other countries on WhatsApp - +917046950246

Which are your courier partners?

We ship our Indian shipments through Bluedart, Delhivery & Ekart and for international shipments we use FEDEX.

 I want to change my address/size/phone number for an existing pending order. Who should I contact?

Please email on help@comfynights.in or WhatsApp (only) on +917046950246 with the subject "Help for (order number+changes)" and we'd be happy to assist you in making the changes. 

 

Is there any Exchange/Return/Refund policy?


We’ve like to request you to read the Size chart and Description below the size chart thoroughly before placing an order as there is no Return/Refund policy. 
Only Exchange can be made in Non personalised or Non Sale Products. (Exchange Duration 5 Working Days)

PLUS SIZES CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED.
 
 
 

Are these available for kids and men?

Yes! We are currently taking manual orders for Kids & Men sets or customised/personalised set. Please connect with us on our instagram DM's so we can help you with placing an order.
